All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, and you will receive a follow-up notification with tracking details as soon as your package ships. Standard domestic shipping is available at a flat rate of $5.99 with an estimated delivery window of 3–7 business days, while expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate prior to placing your order, as delivery times are estimates provided directly by the carrier.

If you have not received your tracking update within 48 hours of shipment or have questions about an order, please contact our support team with your name and order number. In the event that your package arrives damaged or tracking marks it as delivered but it cannot be located, please double-check your surrounding area and reach out to us within 48 hours so we can assist with carrier claims or replacements. For international customers, please note that any potential customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied at destination borders are the responsibility of the customer.
